Solution International Ltd.

Ethical Policy

Solution International is committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically across all operations. Every aspect of our activities, including our supply chain, shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and adhere to the highest standards of labour, working conditions, environmental responsibility and business integrity. This commitment ensures that both our internal practices and those of our suppliers reflect fairness, transparency and respect for human rights.

Our guiding principles are:

1. Supply Chain

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for ethical and responsible business practices. Suppliers must uphold fair labour standards by prohibiting child and forced labour, ensuring equal treatment without discrimination or harassment and respecting workers’ rights to freedom of association. Working conditions must be safe and hygienic, with fair wages, reasonable working hours and stable employment. Business integrity is non-negotiable – bribery and corruption are strictly prohibited; transparency in all dealings is required. Solution International conducts regular audits and monitors compliance across its supply chain.

2. Environmental Responsibility

We actively encourage sustainable practices across our operations and supply chain, in line with our Sustainability & Environment policy. Our approach focuses on minimising environmental impact through responsible sourcing, energy efficiency, waste reduction and careful resource management. Suppliers are required to share this commitment to environmental stewardship and demonstrate continuous improvement in their practices.

3. Integrity and Ethical Business Practices

We conduct our business with the highest standards of integrity, including strict adherence to anti-bribery laws, honest communication and transparency in all dealings. Ethical business conduct is a core expectation of all employees, suppliers and partners.

4. Operational Commitments

We build responsible partnerships with suppliers who share our ethical, social and environmental values; fostering long-term relationships based on trust, accountability and respect for diversity and inclusion. Transparency is essential – suppliers must provide audit information, facilitate site visits and demonstrate fair treatment of all workers regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion or background. Independent audits are conducted annually to recognised standards such as SMETA, BSCI or ICTI, ensuring compliance with labour rights and inclusive practices. Where noncompliance is identified, we work collaboratively with suppliers to implement corrective actions and provide support that promotes equity and continuous improvement.

5. Compliance and Reporting

  •  We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including modern slavery legislation and encourage our suppliers to do the same.
  • Anyone who identifies a concern regarding unethical practices, labour violations or modern slavery can report it through our confidential channels

Through these commitments, Solution International ensures that ethical, environmental and socially responsible practices are embedded throughout our supply chain, reflecting our dedication to sustainable, fair and transparent business conduct.
